Conscientious Eater A recipe blog written by Faith, an expat in China. Great workout-fueling recipe ideas. She came up with Madison’s very favorite oat milk recipe!
Food Politics (Marion Nestle) One of the premier U.S. food policy scholars around, Nestle’s work is essential to anyone who cares about food, health, and the environment. She reviews one book each week, and still posts regularly on other topics, so there is always plenty to learn from her blog! (And her books are fantastic too.)
