This week we’re talking about ways to keep things simple so that the healthy choices in our busy schedules are a lot easier to make. Things like quick grab-and-go snacks as well as cooking big batches of food and healthy meals ahead of time can make a world of difference.

  1. Oooh! And chia pudding with coconut milk? (Lemon is my fave) and Henry, if you want an easy upgrade to beans and ketchup, try beans with the juice of a lime plus a few shakes of cumin and salt. Yum!
